During the last days of June 2009 I had a great experience. I participated in a mountain expedition in the North of Chile. Volcano Salin (6050 m.a.s.l.) is located on the international border between Argentina and Chile. We took the North-East route which was never before climbed by any expedition.
With this letter I would like to thank the people in charge of this wonderful adventure - Hans and Adrian, and of course the rest of the team - who made this experience unforgettable for me and helped charge my spirit with great energy.
I enjoyed very much the high level of professionalism, security, partnership-friendship and quality in the service we received. All of this and much more made the expedition a classic, one for the record.
As a Chilean mountaineer, living in California (U.S.A.) for many years and especially as a nature lover, coming back to my homeland and taking part in the Salin expedition has been very emotional for me and enriched my spirit.
Thanks a lot to SPONDYLUS and their partners for giving me this wonderful opportunity. Thanks again for everything. I will definitely come back!!
